Kudirat Ibrahim Adebisi

Chief Lecturer

Kudirat Ibrahim Adebisi is currently a PHD student at the Makerere University Business school, Uganda and she is a Chief Lecturer of Business Education in the Department of Business Education, Federal College of Education (FCE), Zaria.

She started her career in Business Education after obtaining a Diploma in Accounting, BSc Business Administration, Masters Degree in Business Administration, Postgraduate Diploma in Education and  a second Masters in Business Education all with the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She has finished her PhD coursework with Kampala International University, Uganda and is currently undergoing her research work with Makerere University Business School (MUBS), a former affiliate of Harvard University Business school, U.S.A.

She is a trainer of Personal Initiative Theory of Entrepreneurship by frees Group Leuphana under Professor Michael Frese of University of Luneburg Germany, Author of Personal Initiative (PI) Theory. She is currently researching on Personal Initiative Theory of Self Employment.

She has attended several conferences and published articles in many local and international academics journals. She is a member of professional bodies such as Association of Business Educators of Nigeria (ABEN), National Association of Educational Planners and Managers (NAEPM), Association of Nigeria Educators (ANE) and Business Educators Association in Vocational Education (BEAVE). She is also the author of Trends in Business Environment. She is happily married with children.
